Tecumseh Essex Area Recent Lotto Max Winner

A Tecumseh man and an Essex man have won big in recent Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) draws. Keith Ford, a 45-year-old retail worker from Tecumseh, won $1 million in the March 15 Lotto Max ENCORE draw after matching seven numbers.

Ford, a 10-year lottery player, purchased the winning ticket at Zehrs grocery store in Tecumseh and discovered his win while checking his tickets. Overwhelmed with excitement, he plans to invest and travel with his winnings.

Meanwhile, an Essex man also won a significant amount, although the exact prize amount and his identity remain undisclosed.

Both winners were thrilled to receive their prizes at the OLG prize center in Toronto, making their dreams a reality.

- John Pelat of Essex won $100,000 on an Instant Bingo Doubler play, purchased at the Esso Station on University Avenue in Windsor.
